Fishing Opener Eve 2011

Well it is now almost 11PM on the eve of the 2011 Minnesota Fishing Opener. "Minnesota Fishing Opener" is the day the state fish walleye and those toothy Northern Pike become legal to fish. The Bass Opener isn't until Memorial Day weekend.It's going to be a low key opener for me this year. I plan to hit Mille Lacs at mid-night from Eddy's Jetty for walleye.
